Restarting lab2lab - 9.1 Restarting director

If the Config.xml file has been edited or a new license file is to be applied, then those changes will only take effect the next time the Director software starts up. Shut down and then wait a few seconds to ensure any background tasks have completed and then re-start the Director for the file changes to take effect.
