This is a time critical step.
If you had accepted the grid in the previous step, it will be placed into the next available grid button slot. Once grid release has been attempted, the tweezers will hover above the LN2.
Visually inspect the tip of the tweezers. If the grid release was successful, press Lift Tweezers; if it was unsuccessful, press Retry.
Retry may be pressed as many times as necessary, however, the cryogen bowl is uncovered during the time spent releasing the grid.
After the tweezers have been lifted out of the cryogen bowl, if the grid was actually stuck to the tweezers, press Dispose Grid. The grid will be placed into the disposal area of the grid holder. Otherwise, press Continue.
