chameleon requires:

Gas pressures should not exceed the limits set above. Otherwise gas fittings may become loose, resulting in gas leaks or burst tubing which could lead to physical injury.
5.2.1 Electrical connection
Turn chameleon on or off using the main power switch on the right hand side panel.
Only use the IEC power connector to connect the PC monitor. Using the outlet to power other devices is not supported.
Only use suitably rated IEC electrical power cords. If you need a replacement cord, contact reliance.
