      Advanced operations - Overview

      The VolumeCheck Main Screen is used to control the plate scanning procedure.

      The scanning procedure is used to measure well or tube sample volume. Follow the steps below to scan a well plate or tube rack for volume.

      Note: To obtain volume measurements, a calibration table needs to be created prior to scanning your well plate. If no calibration table is loaded at the VolumeCheck main processing screen, the
      VolumeCheck returns distance (sensor-to-sample distance) measurement data. For more information see the Plate Data Creator section.
